Tokyo Ghoul: Jack summary: In his earlier days, Kishou Arima, also known as the infamous "Reaper" of the Commission of Counter Ghoul, was tasked with attending high school to investigate a series of murders perpetrated by a ghoul with a ravenous appetite. However, what started as a solo mission took a quick turn when Arima partnered with his delinquent classmate, Taishi Fura. When Fura witnesses the brutal killing of his best friend at the hands of a masked ghoul named "Lantern," it seems inevitable that he will meet a similar fate. Luckily, Arima intervenes at the last moment, giving Fura a glimpse into the world of a ghoul investigator. Despite the ghoul eluding capture, Fura decides to team up with his classmate and savior, pledging to bring Lantern to justice.
