Year 2 of the Kouwa era. A year has passed since the world has known peace at the hands of Zero, and many of the citizens of this new world have been able to find some semblance of normality. However, that normality is threatened when terrorists start to appear, with some believing the warrior nation of Zilkhstan to be behind the disturbances.

A direct follow-up to Lelouch of the Rebellion Re; manga based on the movie of the same name, this manga also depicts events prior to the film's start, and seems to follow a similar timeline to the original anime, rather than that of the movie recaps.
